Identification of intact LSEC
D'Liver offers fluorescently labelled formaldehyde-treated serum albumin (FITC-FSA) for specific identification of functionally intact LSEC, and for determination of LSEC purity. LSEC is the only cell type that expresses receptors for efficient uptake of FITC-FSA. When low concentrations of FITC-FSA are administered to a mixture of liver cells, the LSEC can easily be identified by their specific uptake of this fluorescent probe.
FITC-FSA produced by D'Liver is of high quality and guarantees good activity and reproducibility.
Our FITC-FSA probes are shipped in sealed tubes (1 mg/ml in PBS)
